Hello and welcome to this blog, buddy!
This is Proto here, and I am happy that you dropped by. Hope you would find something that interests you here.
The main reason for starting this blog was this: I am finding it really difficult to keep in touch with all of my buddies, to the extend I would like to, thanks to the demands of my professional and personal life. Even if I manage to be in touch with a few of them, I am unable to share all the news and views with them.
I thought long and hard about this and felt that a blog could well be the perfect solution to this problem. Of course, that also provides me with a convenient pretext to start blogging :).
I hope to have something posted here on a regular basis, say once a week or so. I will be writing mostly about my personal life, my buddies and the ones close to me, programming (my passion), and also about my other interests, including Cricket and Movies.
While we are at that, let me tell you yet another reason for launching this blog: Some of my buddies had suggested to have a repository from where they can access the various articles/ideas/links I had been talking to them about. This will nicely solve that problem also.
